Cancellations must be made 36 hours in advance or a 1 Day charge will apply

Note:* 1/2 day is 4 hours or less

1/2 day Rental Reservations are not available on Saturday & Sunday
If available, rentals will be on a 'first come' basis.

Canoe Rental includes:

  • 1 canoe
  • 2 paddles
  • 2 PFD's
  • 1 bailer
  • 1 throwline
  • 1 carry set; ropes/straps and foam blocks (S-hooks and gutter clips as needed).
  • 1 whistle

Kayak Rental includes:

  • 1 kayak
  • 1 kayak paddle
  • 1 spray skirt
  • 1 PFD
  • 1 bailer or pump
  • 1 throwline
  • 1 carry set; ropes/straps and foam blocks (S-hooks and gutter clips as needed).
  • 1 whistle

Extras:

  • Extra paddles and PFD's are available @ $2.00 per day
    Canoe or Kayak Cart $ 5.00 per day
    Dry Bags .
    $2.50 per day

  • A damage deposit of $200 per boat is required.
    (Cash or credit card only (Visa/MCard/Interac).

    IMPORTANT Pick-up & Drop-off Info

    Rentals will be available for pickup at:
    9:00 am Monday to Saturday, and
    12:00 pm Sunday.

    Weekend rentals may be picked up after 4:00 pm on Friday.

    Rentals must be returned ½ hr before closing;
    except Saturday
    when they must be returned by 4:00 pm.

    Equipment must be returned clean
    or there will be a $25.00 cleaning charge.

    Long Weekends
    Rental bookings for long weekends will be for a minimum of three days only.
    Anyone wanting to rent for less than that will have to do so on a
    “first-come-first-served” basis after 12:00 pm on Saturday of the long weekend.



    The Coast Guard Regulations / Safety Requirements

    You are required by law to have a “sound signalling device or appliance
    e.g. whistle, with you when you are in a canoe or kayak. Also required are an approved PFD,
    15 metre of buoyant heaving line, a paddle and a bailer or pump (sea kayaks).

    If you will be on the water;
    "After sunset and before sunrise or in periods of restricted visibility."
    you are required to have some type of navigation light,
    such as a waterproof flashlight. (Not included in the Rental).
